We’re just a bunch of normal people who want to be healthy AND sociable together. So we’re not left on a lonely gym routine dashing home to eat before it’s too late, or wrestling with the guilt from too many dinner & drinks evenings.
We thought we’d try a different way.
A great instructor hosts a session for us, then we enjoy a nourishing supper to end the day, designed by chefs who know what we’re after. All with great company and a relaxing vibe in a special venue.
